
INGREDIENTS:
250g Steak cut of your choice; 1/2 inch thick
2tbsp Olive Oil
3tbsp Leah's Pantry Unang Gisa Herb Saute
Salt and pepper
PROCEDURE:
1. Sprinkle steak with salt and pepper on each side.
2. Heat pan over medium heat with the oil.
3. Add the steak, cook each side about 4 to 5 mins.
4. Make the steak rest for 1 min.
5. Serve with Unang Gisa Herb Saute as a salsa.
